RN Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY: Better Choice Home Health Care is seeking a self-motivated individual who has WI State Licensed RN with a minimum of one-year supervisory experience preferably in-home healthcare. S/he has worked with the elderly and disable people in the community. This is a flexible part-time opportunity with high potential for career growth and development.
Job Duties include, but are not limited to, the followings:
- Evaluate client need for service and make referrals to other services as appropriate.
- Demonstrate efficient teamwork with the staff.
- Coordinate care for the client.
- Understand and perform the admission process plan of care.
- Coordinates services and schedules client visits.
- Supervise field staff as indicated.
- Provide in-service education per Administrator direction.
- And other duties as assigned
Pay Rate: Based on experiences
Position: Part-Time, Flexible Hours

PCW JOB DUTIES
Take care of your loved one, earn a living by being his/her Personal caregiver. You will provide services that are non-medically oriented activities related to assisting your family member, friend, neighbor, church member, or others with daily living activities in his or her place of residence in the community by the following services:
- Assistance with bathing;
- Assistance with getting in and out of bed;
- Teeth, mouth, denture and hair care;
- Assistance with mobility and ambulation including use of walker, cane or crutches;
- Changing the recipient’s bed and laundering the bed linens and the recipient’s personal clothing;
- Skin care excluding wound care;
- Care of eyeglasses and hearing aids;
- Assistance with dressing and undressing;
- Toileting, including use and care of bedpan, urinal, commode or toilet;
- Light cleaning in essential areas of the home used during personal care service activities;
- Meal preparation, food purchasing and meal serving;
- Simple transfers including bed to chair or wheelchair and reverse; and
- Accompanying the recipient to obtain medical diagnosis and treatment.
